"Got sorted out in the end"
It took a little while, maybe longer than I expected, but support eventually got things figured out and fixed my issue. So yeah, all good now.

"Return was fine, just a bit slow"
I ordered from uniieye.com. I ended up returning the item because it didn’t fit the way I hoped.

The return itself was not too hard. But it did take longer than I expected. I had to wait for replies. The instructions could have been clearer too.

I did get my refund in the end. So that part was okay. I just wish it had been faster and with less back and forth. 3 stars from me.

"Well packed and arrived safely"
I was happy with how my order from uniieye.com showed up. The packaging felt sturdy, and everything inside was wrapped securely enough that nothing was bent or damaged. It looked clean and neat without feeling like there was too much extra packing. The outer box did have a small dent, but it didn’t affect the items at all. Overall, I’d say the packaging was solid and I’m satisfied

I was disappointed when this arrived because the color looked way different than it did on the website. I don’t have the energy to go back and forth with customer service again, so I’m just stuck being unhappy with it...

The glasses looked fine when they showed up, but the fit just wasn’t right for me. They were too tight on the sides, but somehow still kept sliding around weirdly on my nose. I did check the sizing before ordering, so it was frustrating. When I tried to figure out what to do, I kind of felt passed around instead of actually helped

"Customer service basically disappeared"
I was frustrated with uniieye.com. I reached out about my order because I just needed a simple update, and then... nothing helpful for days. I tried contacting them again, and it still felt like no one was actually paying attention. Like, I’m not asking for the moon here, just a basic reply. Anyway. The whole thing was really annoying, and I don’t think I’d order from them again unless they seriously improve their customer service.

I tried placing an order on uniieye.com, i feel like I gave it a fair chance. The pages were loading really slowly, the payment page kept acting strange, and for a while I couldn’t even tell if my order had actually gone through. I don’t think I’m being picky here — checkout should be straightforward. The whole thing was just frustrating, and I probably wouldn’t deal with it again.

These lenses were a letdown. Everything looked blurry, they felt cheap, and after wearing them for a bit my eyes actually started to hurt. I hate wasting energy trying to make something work when it’s clearly not worth it.

i asked for a refund after they sent me the wrong item. they replied once, but after that it was just the same thing over and over, telling me to wait a few more days. it’s been weeks now and i still haven’t gotten my money back. really frustrating, and i definitely won’t be ordering from Uniieye again

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered this weeks ago and it still showed up late. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking and waiting, well, not just waiting, basically guessing when it would actually arrive. It took way longer than I expected, i don’t think I’ll order again.

"Prescription was way off"
My glasses showed up with the wrong prescription, come on now — I can barely see clearly through them. Everything looks blurry, and they definitely don’t feel safe to wear.

"Made my eyes red and itchy"
I ordered these from uniieye.com and felt let down. After I put the lenses in, my eyes started burning and getting really red within about 20 minutes, so I took them out right away because it just didn’t feel safe to keep them in.

Even after removing them, my eyes still felt dry and scratchy for a while, which made me nervous. I’m not sure if it was the material or something else, but the whole experience worried me enough that I won’t be using them again

"Tracking made me feel like just a ticket number"
I ordered from uniieye the tracking was frustrating. It sat in the same place for days with no real updates, then out of nowhere it suddenly changed. The package did show up in the end, so at least there’s that, but the whole time I felt like I was just a ticket number waiting in a queue instead of a customer who wanted to know what was happening.

As someone who likes to feel heard when I’m reaching out to a company, my experience with uniieye.com was frustrating. I contacted them a few times, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like they hadn’t fully read my messages, because I had to repeat myself and still never got a clear answer. Not the kind of support I expected

I tried these lenses and quickly they started feeling scratchy. My eye got red after wearing them, so I ended up taking them out and not using them again. Maybe they work for other people, but for me it just felt..

"Not as natural as I hoped"
I thought these would look softer. More natural. But on my eyes, they looked kind of fake. Quality wasn’t awful or anything. Just not the look I wanted. I wouldn’t buy them again.
